Detail: Due to the site location the old façades had been badly weathered by the sea air & required replacing. Working closely with the local council for the best long-term solution.
Brick slip stall risers were installed with new double glazed units above. Mirrored glass was specified in the top window lights to mask building structure discrepancies.
