Brief: New Quick Serve Restaurant in newly acquired site, adjacent to the existing main restaurant along the Promenade. To have joint access kitchens & basement storage. Finishes to follow on from new concept trialed at their flagship Bournemouth restaurant.
Design considerations were taken with regards to change in levels between the two kitchen areas as well as split level access for customers.
